I just received my third bag from Wave Tribe. First was a single bag for my mini-simons. Great bag. Second was the tiger queen wheeled coffin. The first trip with the tiger queen, the bag was badly damaged by the airline. @parkero.11 was traveling to Australia for Disabled Surfing Championships. The boards came out in perfect condition. The bag was trashed. Broken wheels, torn material and destroyed zipper. Of course, the airline doesn’t cover damage to surfboard bags. When I contacted Waves Tribe, they were super understanding. They asked if I was at the same address, and they replaced the bag for me. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Wave Tribe provides an amazing product and even better customer service. Can say enough about this amazing company. Please help support them. They Rock!!!

The bags hold up well, have great padding, and are easy on the conscious with the sustainable features.

My only complaint: zipper on wrong side for me (right rail). Excellent protection. Maybe a bit hefty, but sometimes that's best. Love it.

Seems thorough

This is my second bag from WT. I absolutely love this company. The quality of their products is top shelf. My family just returned from Australia, where my son was competing at the Australian Adaptive Pro Surf Championships. Our bag arrived in Australia badly damaged by the airline. All three boards arrived in perfect condition, despite the abuse from the airline. Of course, surfboard bags are not covered by the airlines bag policy. When I contacted WT with my disappointment, they replaced my bag. Absolutely the best products and service ever. Thank you Wave Tribe!
